Madam Connie Tee Lee Chui ( E489 ), the founder of YIT SENG REALTY. She was actively involve in the real estate business since 19 with her vast experience she manage to overcome many issues in the industry and continue to lead the company to a higher level.
She is not only being enterprising but also with her own determination coupled with the assistance of her staffs have expanded to company into today’s establishment as a real estate firm with exceptional record of achievement.
She is one of the active member in Kepong Resident Association & is a member of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents ( MIA ) as well.

Zheng Qiyuan (IVAN TEH) was formerly a Malaysian television actor who actively participated in various Malaysian television dramas from 1993 to 2000. Notably, he consecutively earned the titles of “Top 10 Most Popular TV Artists in Malaysia” in 1996, 1997, and 1998. He also served as the host for the ’97 Global Chinese New Talent Singing Contest and the 2000 International Chinese Miss Pageant. In 2000, he transitioned to a career in real estate agency, dedicating himself to the development of the real estate agency business and serving at Jin Cheng Real Estate Company for 21 years.
He garnered three consecutive “Top 10 Most Popular TV Artists” awards as well as the “Best Supporting Actor” accolade in Malaysia during his career peak. However, at the zenith of his career, he made the decision to depart from the entertainment industry and immerse himself in the real estate business.
Taking “real estate” as a new starting point in his life, he has now accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field.
